Implementation Guidelines for Graduation Thesis Course in the Department of Business and Entrepreneurship Management, Kainan University

Article 1: In order to encourage undergraduate students in the department to participate in research projects and thesis development, these guidelines are established.

Article 2: The detailed regulations for implementation in the department are as follows:

• Students choose a faculty member as their advisor based on their interests and the expertise of the faculty. The advisor is responsible for guiding the students in their thesis projects.
• The number of members in each project group is generally limited to a maximum of three individuals.
• For each lecturer and above faculty member in the department, the guidance of thesis projects is generally limited to three to four groups. Faculty members with administrative duties guide one group at most.
• Graduation Thesis" credits are a requirement for graduation in the department and cannot be exempted.

Article 3: Thesis grades are determined by the respective advisors at the end of the senior year's first semester.

Article 4: The "Thesis Results" should be presented at the department's thesis presentation event. If outstanding, or if published in a thesis or journal, and approved by the departmental affairs meeting, the department may grant rewards. The specific regulations for thesis achievement rewards will be separately formulated.

Article 5: Any matters not covered by these regulations will be determined by the advisor and department head and are subject to execution.

Article 6: These guidelines will be implemented after approval at the departmental affairs meeting and may be amended with the approval of the same.
